I earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Grand Valley State University in 2018, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Science of Taxation from GVSU.
What is your area of specialty – how do you best help your clients?
I specialize in tax compliance and planning for trust and estates, high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and private foundations. This includes gift and estate tax reporting as well as assisting families with their tax and accounting obligations during estate administration following the passing of a loved one.
What are your top 5 strengths? What is your favorite strength?
Includer, analytical, achiever, futuristic, and discipline. Includer is my favorite strength as I believe everybody deserves a seat at the table.
Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
I love to spend my free time outdoors with my wife and golden retriever. Some of my favorite hobbies are golfing, fishing, boating, and traveling.
What is your favorite part of working at the firm?
There is definitely a sense of community within the firm that you feel in every interaction with coworkers.
