What is your area of specialty – how do you best help your clients?
I enjoy supporting small and mid-sized businesses in industries like restaurants, retail, and manufacturing. I love connecting personally with clients and staff whether it’s providing training to help keep finances on track and improve processes or using my bilingual skills to support Hispanic-owned businesses.
What are your top 5 strengths? What is your favorite strength?
1.) Discipline 2.) Futuristic 3.) Responsibility 4.) Empathy 5.) Includer
My personal favorite strength is Discipline. I’ve always been the type of person who becomes passionate and devoted to see anything through once I set up my mind to it.
How do you like to give back to the community?
I’m an active member of my firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, as well as the Community Subcommittee. In 2024, I was honored to be named a finalist for Young Latino Professional of the Year by the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. One of the ways I enjoy giving back is by volunteering with Grace’s Table, where I support young teen moms and first-time mothers.
What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?
I love trying new recipes in the kitchen and refurnishing old furniture. I enjoy bringing new life to things, whether it’s a meal or a piece of furniture.
Accomplishment you’re proud of?
One accomplishment I’m proud of is balancing life as a full-time working mom to a 6-year-old and toddler twins. It’s taught me patience, resilience, and how to juggle a lot without losing focus.
Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors at my parents’ farm, watching my kids run around with the animals and our dog right alongside them. I love cooking especially for a crowd and bringing my family together around the table. When I’m not chasing my little ones or testing out new recipes, I’m probably reading, playing volleyball, or diving into a DIY project around the house.
What is your favorite part of working at the firm?
My favorite part of working at the firm is that no two days are the same. I get to work with a variety of industries, which keeps things interesting and gives me the chance to continuously learn and grow.
