What is your area of specialty – how do you best help your clients?

I work with clients across a variety of industries, with a focus on cannabis and manufacturing. I love helping business owners find the right tools and systems to make their accounting easier and more meaningful. From improving accounting processes and training clients and their teams to analyzing financial statements, I’m here to make numbers make sense. My goal is to give clients confidence in their financials so they can focus on what they do best, running and growing their business.

What are your top 5 strengths? What is your favorite strength?

My top strengths are Adaptability, Includer, Maximizer, Relator, and Belief, with Adaptability and Relator as my favorites. I thrive in times of change, easily adjusting to new circumstances, and I love building genuine, meaningful relationships. These strengths help me stay calm under pressure while understanding and supporting my clients in ways that truly make a difference.

How do you like to give back to the community?

I enjoy giving back through both professional and local initiatives. I’ve served as board president for the Greenville High School Athletic Boosters, volunteered with VITA to provide free tax help, and speak to accounting students at Montcalm Community College to share real-world experience. I’m always looking for new ways to support my community and share what I’ve learned.

What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?

My superpower is building close, lasting relationships with clients while always seeing the positive side of things. I love connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them feel confident in their financial decisions.

Accomplishment you’re proud of?

I’m proud of going back to school and earning my Bachelor’s (2019) and Master’s (2021) degrees while working full-time and raising my two boys as a wife and mom. It was challenging, but it taught me the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. I’m grateful to be able to show my children that no matter the situation, commitment and effort can lead to real results.

Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)

I enjoy embracing every opportunity to connect, unwind, and enjoy life’s little adventures with my husband. Traveling, hiking new trails, attending concerts, and soaking up the outdoors are some of our favorite pastimes, and we love discovering new experiences together. I also treasure family dinners, spontaneous adventures, and quality time with our two boys and grandson. Family and friends mean everything to me, and I try to make the most of every moment spent with them.

What is your favorite part of working at the firm?

I love the work/life balance that Hungerford provides, as well as the opportunity to try new things and grow professionally. I also appreciate being supported in my work, getting out in the community, and being part of a team that truly invests in its people and encourages everyone to do their best.
