Alicia Burnside is a Senior Accountant at Hungerford CPAs + Advisors, specializing in employee benefit plan audits as well as individual and business tax. Alicia earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from Grand Valley State University and is currently pursuing her CPA certification, bringing a strong analytical and organized approach to serving her clients.

I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting both from Grand Valley State University. I am currently pursuing my CPA.

I specialize in employee benefit plan audits as well as individual and business tax.
How do you like to give back to the community?
I volunteer at various Boys and Girls clubs throughout the greater Grand Rapids area. I have also volunteered a lot through Habitat for Humanity.
What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?
I am a problem solver and someone who is very organized.

Graduating with my master’s degree.
Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. I am also a huge hockey fan and always enjoy watching games!
