What is your area of specialty – how do you best help your clients?
I specialize in tax. I prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, and C-corporations.
What are your top 5 strengths? What is your favorite strength?
Consistency, relator, harmony, analytical, and competition. My favorite is competition. I try to “compete” every day in life with myself to continually improve myself. Taking life one day at a time and improving in any way I can is how I try to live my life.
How do you like to give back to the community?
Supporting small, local businesses is important to me. Also volunteering with the United Way Campaign.
What are your superpowers – something you’re good at that others should know about?
I am an avid pickleball player! Quick reflexes, strategic placement, and a calm court presence make my pickleball game – and also translate to my work ability as well.
Accomplishment you’re proud of?
Graduating college and becoming the first person in my family to get a master’s degree.
Tell us about your life outside of work (family/pets/sports/activities/interests/hobbies)
Outside of work, I spend the majority of my time playing pickleball. I spend most of my pickleball time at Belknap Park in the summer, where I often stay until the lights shut off. Other than that, I enjoy staying active in the gym or outside, golfing, gardening, and hiking. I spend the rest of my time with friends, family, or my 3 cats.
What is your favorite part of working at the firm?
The people around me at work make everything so much easier. The working environment is the healthiest I’ve ever been in. It feels like a family here at HN.
